Forklift Training
New Operators, Experienced Operator (Refresher) Certifications
Duration: New operators (up to 6-7 hours)
Refresher (up to 4 hours)
Course Information:
-
Our sessions will assist you in gaining either the OSH forklift certification or the driver's license “F” endorsement to drive on the road.
-
If you don’t drive on the road, the OSH Certification is only required to operate on your worksite.
-
Our assessors and trainers will guide you through the sessions and modules required to meet and comply with industry standards.
-
The most common forklifts are ‘Counter Weight Forklifts,’ which is the core of our training.
-
If you are unsure which option might or might not be needed, don’t hesitate to contact us.
'F' Endorsement option: Forklift Driver (NZ Driver's License):
-
The "F" endorsement includes the legal requirements for driving a forklift on a road.
-
Staff required to drive on the road must hold an F Endorsement, present a copy of their Full NZ car driver's license on the day of assessment, complete the required documentation, and hold a current OSH Certification.
-
After completing the OSH Training, they will complete the theory requirements (9 long answer questions, 100% pass mark required) to achieve this.
